**Limited edition NEW Astérie Boat numbered 2/5**: **BEIGE Hull** A BIT OF HISTORY… The **Asterie boat** was born following the disappearance of the famous Moppie from Bertram, which was very successful in the Gulf of Saint Tropez. To fill this "gap", **Pascal VILLANOVA** decided to create his own unit by incorporating all the qualities present at Bertram and adding his personal touch and experience. The result is a simple, robust, and seaworthy boat with a friendly cockpit while respecting the specifications required by a professional with a solid mechanical background. Everything is designed inside with a spirit of quality and robustness. Although the Asterie is primarily a Day Cruiser intended for day trips, it has the merit of being equipped with a cabin with a real toilet space with a shower. The whole is furnished with several storage spaces with cupboards and wardrobes and benefits from a rather strict decoration that allows it to withstand aging well in a marine environment. EXTERIOR LAYOUT The essential part of this boat is located outside. First of all, it is accessed via a generous bathing platform that optionally receives a superb built-in bathing ladder with 4 telescopic rungs. After passing through a gate worthy of a security door, the rear cockpit has a magnificent sunbathing area composed of 3 removable parts with headrests. This surface acts as an engine cover which, when raised with the help of a hydraulic jack, allows us to discover the vast space of the engine room. NAVIGATION Equipped with 2 Yanmar diesel engines, this model reaches 25 knots cruising speed with a consumption at this speed of barely 50 liters. With its width and very low center of gravity, the Asterie has a good overall balance while slightly rearing up at mid-speed to avoid spray.
