About

Defined by a sleek 11.9-meter hull and a narrow 1.63-meter beam, this 1921 Cantieri svedesi SK30 represents the iconic SK30 class design. Originally drafted by Jac. M Iversen in Norway, the yacht was completed in 1922 for competitive racing, arriving in Gothenburg shortly thereafter. With a displacement of less than 2,000 kilograms and a lead keel drawing 150 centimeters, the vessel maintains the slender profile that made her one of the narrowest examples within her class. Following a comprehensive refit in 2005, the vessel is in excellent condition and requires no immediate renovation work. The pine hull and timber mast have been recently checked and repainted to preserve the yacht's structural integrity. This used boat is currently equipped for immediate use, featuring a wooden mast and boom, along with a mainsail, foresail, and genoa. The propulsion is provided by a Biltema Model 25243 electric engine. This historic racer is ideal for classic yacht enthusiasts who appreciate the legacy of the SK30 class. Given her specialized dimensions and racing pedigree, she remains a standout option for those looking to compete in vintage sailing circuits or enjoy traditional sailing performance.
