Defined by its iconic double-ended design, this 1965 Custom Tahiti Ketch is a renowned blue-water cruiser originally penned by naval architect John Hanna. Measuring 9.6 meters overall with a 3.05-meter beam, this wood-hulled vessel has been maintained in excellent condition, reflecting its history as a secure, long-distance sailing yacht. The deck was fully restored in 2012, ensuring the integrity of the classic construction. Propulsion is provided by a 2000 Volvo 56hp engine with approximately 1,600 operating hours. The sail plan is supported by a full standing rigging replacement completed in 2018, with the Genoa, staysail, and mizzen replaced in 2020. Exterior aesthetics are well-preserved, with the topsides and masts repainted in 2019. Interior comfort is balanced with functional design, offering 5 berths and 1 bathroom. The cabin environment was refreshed in 2019 with new upholstery and cushions. Systems include a Webasto heating unit, dual refrigerators, and a 2024 battery bank.
