Defined by its distinct heritage, this 14.07-meter motorseiler ketch represents a unique project designed by naval engineer Antonio Sala. Constructed at the Salani E Cecchi shipyard, the hull features oak frames with a 20-centimeter center distance and 4.5-centimeter iroko planking, all secured with resorcinol glue. This used boat maintains its classic character while benefiting from consistent technical updates, including a 2021 engine overhaul and a 2023 shaft line service.
The rig is designed for versatility, utilizing two masts and two forestays, each equipped with manual sail furling systems for the genoa and staysail. The total sail area spans 153 square meters, with the sail plan including the genoa, mainsail, and mizzen fully serviced in spring 2025. Additionally, the standing rigging was comprehensively inspected and updated in 2021, and new lazy bags were installed to complement the ketch configuration.
Interior accommodations are finished in mahogany, providing full standing headroom throughout the vessel. The layout includes three cabins capable of sleeping six to eight guests, supported by three bathrooms with electric heads. The galley and dinette area feature air conditioning, a refrigerator, and ample seating. On deck, the protected cockpit houses the helm station along with two storage lockers containing the electrical system, a supplementary freezer, and the hot water boiler.
