Optimized for performance and comfort, this 1982 Baia 40 has undergone an extensive refit between 2022 and today. The project included a complete overhaul of the mechanical systems, with the Caterpillar engines serviced to zero hours by an official dealer. The engine room has been fully reconstructed to ensure reliability, supporting a cruising speed of 24 knots and a maximum speed of 30 knots.
Refinement extends throughout the 12.21-meter hull, which now features a modern metallic blue wrap. The exterior deck showcases new teak decking and a custom aft sunshade supported by lightweight carbon fiber poles. These upgrades provide a contemporary aesthetic and enhanced utility for outdoor entertaining.
Below deck, the interior has been completely stripped and rebuilt. The layout now prioritizes convenience with a redesigned galley area that replaces the traditional stove with a large-capacity refrigerator and freezer system. The single cabin and single bath configuration are finished with new upholstery and completely renewed installations, providing a fresh living environment.
This vessel is currently in the water and available for immediate inspection in Italy. With the VAT already paid and all major systems updated, this used boat is prepared for the upcoming season without requiring additional refit work.
