X-Yachts X 412 Mkii d'occasion

Performance and classic design define this 1991 X-Yachts X 412 Mkii, a 12.5-meter fiberglass sailing yacht built by N. Jeppesen. Powered by a single 40 HP Volvo Penta engine—serviced in 2020 and showing 350 engine hours—this vessel is built for sailors who prioritize deck efficiency and sailing dynamics. The setup includes a carbon spinnaker pole, steel bowsprit, and a hydraulic backstay adjuster, supported by standing rigging replaced in 2018. Designed for comfort and utility, the interior layout features three cabins and two bathrooms. The onboard systems include diesel heating, making the vessel suitable for various conditions. Sails dating from 2010–2015 are included. The white hull reflects its well-maintained condition for a used boat of this era. This X-Yachts X 412 Mkii is located in Italy and the price has been reduced. The VAT is paid, providing a clear status for prospective buyers.
